Service Problem or attitude problem??

Few days ago my work place got a slacker bought a PS2 from us... After this calling few days he came back with a spoil one... WTF!!! We ask him wats the problem... He said he accidently DROP IT FROM THE FLOOR... Wow... But unfortunately... Our shop full warranty for the player is 3 days... U heard it... 3 DAYS... What we can say is...( Kami orang tolong hantar balik supplier tapi kena charge pos laju dan kos spare part)... He suddenly mad... Shout at all of us (Staff)... As this story finally ends when at night our boss shoot back at him... (U already agreed, Knows the condition of the warranty, U wan to repair it or not???)..... Gai ti.... If u wan complaint us or play with us just say la.... Dun play to spicy la.... Make us all busy only.... Haiz.....
